Dear FCS community, please see the following message from Superintendent Kopp: NTI Day #10 tomorrow, Tuesday February 3rd in Franklin County Schools. ASP’s are open. Only ASP workers, bus mechanics and essential maintenance and custodial staff as directed by their supervisors need to report to work in person. All other employees will work remotely. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for our area beginning at 1:00 tomorrow that will potentially make driving conditions unsafe for the afternoon dismissal. We hope to see everyone in school on Wednesday. Stay safe! #oneteamfcs

Dear FCS community, please see the following message from Superintendent Kopp: Our bus drivers came in today and drove their routes to help determine if we could be in school tomorrow. Unfortunately they came back with numerous concerns and areas that made it just not feasible for us to be in tomorrow. As much as I hate it, it will be NTI day #9 for Franklin County. ASP’s will be open. Only ASP workers, bus mechanics and essential maintenance and custodial staff as directed by their supervisors need to report to work in person. All other employees will work remotely. We have a Google doc with all of the concerning areas that we will be sharing with both the county and state road departments tomorrow for them to treat with the hope of being back in school on Tuesday.
